    Silly Millie's Storybook focuses on the children’s experience of feelings. It explores their ability to recognise feelings in themselves and in others and encourages children to express and share these feelings. The programme aims to confirm and validate the children’s experience of their own feelings, to explore the physical effect and quality of feelings and explore strategies for dealing with their own feelings.
