Adapted from the original play 'Bella, Boss and Bulli' by Volker Ludwig.
A play for 6 - 12 year olds.
Dee Dee has moved house with her mother so her mum can be nearer her work. Her father has left. She only warms to the move after meeting Digger and Doc. Digger's mother is dead and Doc's parents seem too busy to give him any attention. The three form a strong friendship. It soon becomes clear to Dee Dee that all is not well with her new friends as she discovers that they are both being bullied by Scully, an older boy. After many lies have been told, Mr Slattery, Dee Dee's new landlord, agrees to help the children turn the tables on Scully but only if Dee Dee tells her mother the whole truth.
