A black comedy about a family where everybody talks and no one listens. Da's building a whatnot. A what? Who cares? Ma's concerned about Chinese chickens. Mary is concerned with her nail-polish and Jim with what cash he might be able to score. Gran knows what the whatnot is all about but no one listens to her either.
