    Adam has been sentenced to 60 days' jail for non-payment of his TV licence and household charge (a kind of council tax), but he is freed 45 minutes into his sentence. He is welcomed home by his Greek girlfriend, into a domestic drama that soon broadens into the polemical in its look at Ireland's austerity and indebtedness.
