Joe O'Donnell
Noone, under the name of O'Linn, stands accused of a breach of a paramilitary organisation's laws and is likely to face the death penalty if he doesn't see the light and confess. Noone denies his identity and treats the whole thing as a joke until an act of violence shakes him. The more he resists the weaker he becomes.
