EITHNE MCGUINNESS

1961 - 2009

Eithne McGuinness was an actor and playwright from Dublin. She graduated with distinction from the MPhil Creative Writing programme at Trinity College Dublin in 2005. Her best known play Typhoid Mary was produced by RTÉ Radio and shortlisted for the PJ O'Connor awards. Plays not listed here include A Glorious Day, set during the 1916 Easter Rising, which was given a public reading at the Peacock Theatre in 2000.
