Douglas Kennedy

Born in New York in 1955, educated in Bowdoin College and Trinity College Dublin, Kennedy returned to Ireland in 1977 where he became a founding member and co-director of the Dublin Stage One Theatre Company. He held the position of Administrator of the Peacock Theatre from 1978 until 1983 when he retired to write full time. He has written for radio, film and television.
