Lee is a writer from Dublin. He originally trained as an actor at ICFE, The Gaiety School of Acting, The National Theatre School of Ireland and Trinity Guildhall London. His play Leper + Chip was first staged in Theatre Upstairs before transferring to Project Arts Centre, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Electric Picnic, the Lyric Belfast and axis, Ballymun. Plays not listed here include Slice, the Thief (Smock Alley Theatre) and Peruvian Voodoo (Theatre Upstairs), both produced in 2016. Lee was a writer for The 24 Hour Plays at the Abbey Theatre in 2016 and a participant in Rough Magic Theatre Company’s SEEDS programme for 2016/17. He is a founding member and artistic director of Bitter Like A Lemon. He was a participant in Six in the Attic, an Irish Theatre Institute initiative, from 2018 - 2019.
