  • Synopsis

    Set in house that is being converted to flats, Miss O is temporarily cut off from the world beneath and can only communicate with the tenants downstairs through a hole in the floor. Below her live a returned Irish American existentialist, his wife and his ailing uncle. The plot twists around the existentialist's attempts to convice his wife to kill their child in order to get her to believe that there can be nothing but the human will and Man, not God is responsible for creating human problems.
