Michael Harding
The Kineely Residence, A border town in County Monaghan.
Set in the misguided extension to their large house, Denis and Patsy Kineely are about to host a lunch for the Irish President, visiting the area in support of a scheme for the travelling community. The other guests include Harry, Denis's eccentric older brother, his daughter Carmel, in flight from a failed marriage, a Protestant minister and his wife and Rose, a local teenager drafted in to help for the day. Despite the Kineely's best efforts, the lunch spirals out of control, leaving the various characters to pick up the pieces in the President's wake.
