Fergus Linehan (1)
Frauds is set in the world of contemporary Irish business. It moves from Dublin to the exotic climes of the Far East, on to a Caribbean island and back to Ireland again. The central character, Frank O'Farrell, is alone in a hotel room. Tomorrow he faces a trial, charged with defrauding 'Baby trek', the pram company for whom he worked, of two million pounds. As he waits, he reflects on how he came to be in this position.
