A stage adaptation of Tom Barry's 1949 memoir of the same name.
County Cork, 1919-21
Tom Barry was the legendary Commander of the West Cork Flying Column in the War of Independence, leading a volunteer army in a victorious hide-and-seek campaign of Guerilla warfare. Based on Barry's own memoirs, the play gives a direct account of the IRA's campaign in West Cork.
