Killymuck is the name of a fictitious housing estate built on a paupers’ graveyard in 1970s Northern Ireland. Inspired by real events, the play follows Niamh, a young girl navigating the trials and tribulations of being a kid from the benefit class system during the Troubles, where lack of opportunity, educational barriers, impoverishment, addiction, and depression are the norms.
