Barry L Hillman
Set in an attic room, present day (1971).
Vivien Kendall arrives in her new flat, a drab unfurnished place. Already in an exhausted state and out of breath she is immediately confronted by Essie, a demonic teenager, posessed by the spirit of her dead sister, whose room this stranger has taken. Locking her prey in, Essie terrorises Vivien, exploiting the weaknesses of her nervous and asthmatic guest.
