  • Synopsis

    Volpone or The Three Chord Trick is a country and western musical about political skullduggery in the midlands. Val Fox is a sitting TD and ex-showband star. Val's handler Bosco Ellis claims that cancer has struck Val and that he's not long for this world. This sets in train a cycle of betrayal and deceit that has all Val's political rivals treble-crossing each other and themselves.
