  • Synopsis

    A comedy set 20 years from the present [1934], when Henry Thompson discovers to his dismay that his homestead has been found by surveyors to be partly on one side of the border, and partly on the other. This causes a crisis for Thompson, who is adamant that he does not want to go into the Free State. Eventually a census is taken and by a majority of one, and much to his own relief, Thompson finds himself and his homestead safely fixed in Northern Ireland.
