Alun Owen
Set in a remote corner of the mountains of North Wales, late October.
Self-made Irish concrete king in partnership with bright, paper policy executive from a better class, working on a contract in Wales but with an English top boss and Welsh foreman. The Irishman's wife's loyalties are brought into question early on in the play before we witness a 'dual duel' with the Welsh foreman in the second act, betweeen the sexes and between the Irish and the Welsh.
