Donagh MacDonagh
Set in the present(1957)The action takes place in the small town of Cloonmore on a snowy day.
An old judge, Redmond O'Hanlon, in an Irish Provincial town, still concussed from misadventures the previous night, is visited by a Government Inspector and forced to try an innocent bank clerk for an offence for which the judge himself is guilty by intent.
