    A comedy in which a Dublin labourer manages to capture a leprecaun by the banks of the Liffey. The little man has lost his enchanged hat, and thus his powers of invisibility. His captor brings him back to the turmoil and squalor of his own home, complete with a nagging wife, an idiot son and squabbling neighbours.
