  • Synopsis

    Kathleen O'Connor has been patiently waiting for the return of her love for many years. One day a tramp stumbles into her cottage by accident and she invites him in, believing him to be her long-lost love. Her failing sight means she cannot make out his appearance, and the tramp makes the most of the situation. He eventually departs with a vague promise of his return, leaving Kathleen alone once again.
