Synopsis

Leaving tells the story of a Monaghan farming family. Una and Paddy have two sons, Sean, beer-drinking and hard-working, and Noel, shy and withdrawn. Deirdre, their old school pal, loves them both. When Noel returns home unexpectedly from UCD their lives are thrown into chaos.
