• Synopsis

  A play about Ríte, a girl who is sent undercover into a convent as a spy. The nuns have run into trouble with the government because they gave money to their sister convent, and it seems these other nuns have left the country. It is illegal to send money out of the country. There is also the charge that the nuns were responsible for the death of two children who had been in their care. The nuns are condemned to death and Ríte tries to save them.
