Dick Walsh
An old man wants to keep control of his farm. His son wants him out of the way. He knows better. He knows what to do. We all know what happens next. Everything is predictable. But do we know everything about everything? Monstrously Brechtian, maybe even better than Brecht. Mixing fable and morality, this is a play about knowledge, politics and the over-stretched dramatic decision.
