Acceptance of Contract Terms and Conditions

The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and Irish Theatre Institute Limited (“Irish Theatre Institute”). This Site is controlled and operated by Irish Theatre Institute from its offices at 17 Eustace Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2, Ireland. Irish Theatre Institute does not make any representation that Materials, software and/or the facilities or services offered through this website are appropriate or suitable for use in Ireland or elsewhere or that they comply with any legal or regulatory requirements of any country and access to them from territories where such Materials or any of them is or may be illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws; to the extent any local laws are applicable.

These terms and conditions of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and you hereby agree for the benefit of Irish Theatre Institute, and without prejudice to the right of Irish Theatre Institute to take proceedings in relation to these terms and conditions of use before any other court of competent jurisdiction, that the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any action or proceedings that may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions of use, and for such purposes you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

All rights in the information, artwork, illustrations, designs, text, splash screens, page headers, custom graphics, button icons, trade marks, service marks, trade names and logos and in all literary, musical and artistic works, sound recordings, films and other works and materials contained posted or provided on this Site (collectively herein referred to as the “Materials”) are held by Irish Theatre Institute the Irish Theatre Institute’s licensors or by the original creator of the Materials, as the case may be.
