Programming Policy
Birr Theatre and Arts Centre is a dedicated purpose-built theatre which dates from 1888. Its objectives are to encourage, develop, foster and stimulate public interest in all aspects of the arts and in general social, economic and cultural affairs. The venue provides facilities and opportunities for the organisation of artistic and cultural events, maintains a centre for the holding of workshops, exhibitions, conferences and performances of all artforms throughout the year.
