    Passion Machine was based in Dublin and was founded in 1984.

    The company was a project-based operation, staging only original Irish work, and was committed to a wholly indigenous populist theatre that depicted, challenged and celebrated the contemporary Irish experience.

    Plays not listed on Playography include: P (a one night living history tour presented by The Passion Machine in assocation with the Town Hall Theatre, December 2006).

    The Passion Machine ceased trading in 2008.
