• Description

  Mouth on Fire was set up in 2010 by Melissa Nolan & Cathal Quinn to primarily perform the work of Irish playwright Samuel Beckett.

  We employ highly skilled actors to promote Beckett's work in conventional, unconventional and site-specific locations.

  The core aims of Mouth On Fire are to bring Beckett to the general public and make his work accessible to those who may never have had a chance to experience it before. We use his texts to bring awareness of the human condition, by doing so we aim to not only entertain, but also to highlight social issues.

  Other playwrights and poets we have a keen interest in; Yeats, Heaney, Kavanagh, Wilde & Shakespeare.

  We are a theatre company with a social conscience.
