Dolores Walshe

1949 -

Dolores Walshe's play In the Talking Dark won the OZ Whitehead/Society of Irish Playwrights/PEN Playwriting Literary Prize in 1987 and later went on to win the staging prize in the Mobil International/Royal Exchange Playwriting Competition in 1989. Walshe was also winner of the 1991 Irish Stage and Screen Playwriting Competition.
