    In a world where moving up is the name of the game, being ready for your break is a good position to be in. Tommy Dalton knows where he wants to be and how he's going to get there. Frank 'Sinatra' Hackett is ready to stand down as The Man at The Top and everyone seems poised for the inevitable take-over, including Frank's dumb son, Dean. This is Dublin in 1998 and things can get messy. Very very messy.
