In this adaptation of one of Anouilh's later works 'Ornifle', we follow the highs and lows of M. Ornifle, a sucessful lyricist and seducer, a man surrounded by devoted wife, secretary, housemaid and doting mistress(offstage), not to mention his commercial impresario, willing to write cheques at the drop of a hint. Ornifle is a man with a past, a passion for women, a long lost son who wants him dead and an undiagnosed heart condition...something or someone has to catch up with him...
