  • Synopsis

    A Somalian economist explains to an Irish orphan about how he manipulated a fictitious animal compensation scheme and created a vast virtual market in his country which was known as 'the great goat bubble' . He is now on the look out for new territory to try out his 'boom to bust' scheme, predicting the emergence and demise of the Celtic Tiger.
