Ken Bourke
A rumbustious episode in the life of Buck Jones, 18th-century nobleman, lover, hero, duellist - and man facing ruin. Determined to avoid destitution by marrying lovely heiress Fidelia, his plans are thwarted by the activities of highwayman Larry Clinch and the arrival of mysterious Crowe Street actress Elvira Daly. As Buck struggles to save the money, the marriage and the day, coincidences and discoveries pile up, until all eventually ends well in a double wedding.
