Tom Murphy (1)
Oliver Goldsmith
An adaptation of Oliver Goldsmith's classic novel.
Set in rural England in the late Eighteenth Century.
The story is built around the figure of Dr Primrose. He and his family live in relative bliss until a series of disasters threatens to destroy their happiness. We follow the vicar’s quest to find his abducted daughter as well as his accidental discovery of his son George. When all seems lost, hope is found in the most surprising of places.
