A graduate of UCC, Julie holds a BA in Drama & Theatre Studies and English and a MA in Drama & Theatre Studies. She has worked in a range of roles with numerous organisations, companies and artists, including Kinsale Arts Week, UCC Drama & Theatre Studies, The Everyman and Cork Midsummer Festival. She is also an actor, a freelance theatre producer and singer she has performed with companies like Corcadorca, Meridian, Playgroup and Conflicted Theatre.
